I have been looking for a list of best places to live on the internet but cant quite find one that is up to standards with what I am looking for. In this blog post I have compremised my own list that suits my own needs and may suit yours also. In looking for a great place to move to here in the United States I was picking my top places based on low crime, where are the jobs, schools, family recreation and cost of living. When I finally chose my place where i hopefully will be moving to I didnt quite follow my list of what was importent. Depending on what region you want to live in or avoid I have listed my top places to live in the United states.
On top of the list was Spokane Washington. There are lots of job in business and health care as well as other fields to. Even though the sales tax is 8 percent the minimum wage is $9.04. The housing market in the renters eye is very affordable. You can get a two bedroom with some paid utilities for 695 a month and they are very nice. A great place for looking for apartments is at www.apartmentguide.com. The housing market in Washington state is the best in the country. By 2015 the real estate market is suppose to rise 46 percent making a buyers home appreciate quite well and that means more money in your pocket. As you may already know it does snow in Spokane but if you can deal with the snow then Spokane might be the place for you.
On the second on my list is not a particular town or city but a great place for the ideal job seeker. When I mean the ideal job seeker, I mean a state with the lowest unemployment rate in the country roughly at 3.1 is North Dakota. You probably would never thing that this job hotspot would be ideal. Yes it does get cold in the winter but who cares when you know you'll have a job to keep your family warm. Bismarck and Fargo or major cities and both have a a population of roughy 230,000 to 250,000 people. If you dont want to live right in the city I can help you a little by saying go to www.city-data.com/ to find towns that are a certain mil radius from either Fargo or Bismarck. I dont know much about the sales tax but I do know that the school systems and the cost of living is really nice. You can get a three bedroom house for $123,000, or a three bedroom apartment for $675 per month. Once again if you can deal with the long swing of winter then North Dakota would be one hell of a hotspot for the ideal job seeker.
Third on the list is a little growing city of Branson Missouri. A little shy north of Arkansas. Branson is know as the little Las Vegas, with it sheer of neon light thatg brighten the city. It has a very affordable housing market whether is a apartment, which you can get a three bedroom for $450 per month or a house with three bedrooms for 85,000 dollars. The school systems are great and the crime is quite very low. I have heard that the people of Branson are very nice and welcoming. If I may add Branson has over 60 live theatres and three amusment parks and 13 golf courses and lots of dining three malls. Branson has two lakes for the ideal summer camping family and much more. As you may know or if not, Branson does have a traffic problem on the road that locals call the strip. Commuting times could range twenty minutes just to get on the other side of town and Branson is a also a tourist town, bus as everyone knows one you are a local only locals know the side roads
Well here you have it I have a list of three but will be returning to list some more of my great places to live. Please feel free to leave any comments if you have any
